Well in that case you could add the text “Don’t get scammed use – Company Name Instead” or “Don’t purchase bad products come to Company Name.com” and “People get ripped off everyday, that’s why Company Name is here to ensure this doesn’t happen to you” to your titles and descriptions. In my opinion most people don’t research a company that way because they don’t know how but you do have a valid point and I hope I cleared things up for you and everybody else!

The only problem with your thinking is that most people do a search on the name of the company or URL of the their domain name. This is not true. I for one will check out a business name with the words “scam”, “bad” or “rip off” added to the search just to see what will come up.
